Draft for review. This document is not yet in force. Its final wording is subject to legal review.
ProCourse Refund Policy, version 1.0.0-draft.1, not yet in force1. 7-day refund. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 25% of the course's lessons. You do not need to give a reason. If you have not opened any paid lesson, you also have the statutory 7-day cooling-off right, and the 25% condition does not apply to you.
2. Course not as described or not working. If a course is materially different from its description, is missing content, or you cannot access it because of a problem on our side that we do not fix within a reasonable time, tell us. We will fix the problem, give you access to a comparable course if you agree, or refund you. You may claim a full refund, or a reasonable portion of the price if you received part of what was promised. This is your right under section 54 of the Consumer Protection Act, and it is not limited to 7 days.
3. Missing information at checkout. If we did not give you the information the law requires before purchase, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving access and get a full refund (ECTA section 43(3)).
4. Course removed. See Learner Terms clause 4.2.
5. How to ask. Use "Request a refund" on your order or email [●] with your order number.
6. How refunds are paid. We refund to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval, and always within 30 days of a valid cancellation. If the original method cannot receive refunds, we will ask you for bank details for an EFT refund. We use those details only for that refund. Your access to the refunded course ends when the refund is processed.
7. Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. We usually resolve problems faster. While a chargeback is open, we may pause access to the disputed course only. Your other purchases are not affected.
8. Abuse. ⚠ We may decline the 7-day change-of-mind refund (clause 1) if the same account has repeatedly bought and refunded courses in a way that shows the right is being used to obtain content without paying. This does not affect clauses 2, 3 or 4, or your statutory rights.
9. Free courses have nothing to refund.
