How selling works
From application to your first sale
Apply
Tell us who you are, what you teach and whether you sell on your own or for an organisation.
Verify and sign the agreement
A reviewer checks your identity, and your organisation if you have one. You read and accept the seller agreement as part of your application.
Build and submit a course
Once approved, you build your course in the studio. Our team reviews it before it goes live.
Get paid by statement
Every sale is recorded against your course. Your share and how payouts work are set out in the seller agreement.
Who can apply
Teach on your own, or for your organisation
School or training provider
You apply on behalf of an organisation, such as a college, academy or training company.
What we ask for
- The organisation's name and registration number
- Your role and your authority to sign for it
- An identity check and a check of the organisation
Your information
Only what we need, and why
We keep what we ask for to the minimum the checks need. Documents are private: only your assigned reviewer can open them.

- So learners know who teaches them, and so our reviewer can understand your teaching.
- An identity check
- Every seller is verified before approval. If you upload an identity document, it is deleted within 30 days of our decision.
- Organisation details, if you sell for one
- To confirm the organisation exists and that you may sign for it.
- Bank details, after approval only
- So we can pay you. We ask for the last four digits of the account, never the full number, and finance confirms it.

Before you apply
Who can teach on ProCourse?
At launch, sellers must be 18 or older and South African tax residents, with a South African bank account in their own name or their organisation's name.
Can I teach children or school learners?
Not at launch. ProCourse is for adult learners (18 and over). Courses for school learners will open later, for approved organisations only.
How long does review take?
We review applications in the order they arrive. Your application page shows where it is at every step, and what to do if we need anything from you.
How am I paid?
Your share of each sale and how payouts work are in the seller agreement. You read it in full before you submit your application.
What if my application is not approved?
We tell you why on your application page. You can apply again.
